Pressed for Triad grant consultant fee documents, flagged the Route 3/Passaic Ave light coming online, missing left-turn signals at Passaic and Allwood, and asked about the tax reassessment status.

Asked why the city lacks high-wheeled military surplus vehicles after flooding, called for more police and E-bike enforcement, asked about the Nash Park lot and Chelsea Park fence, criticized the 100-signature petition rule, and blasted the county's treatment of Clifton on Allwood Road.

County commissioner said the Allwood project will proceed with all Clifton demands met — no cherry trees removed, no lane diets, no bike lanes at the circle — and invited residents to county meetings.

Wants written county assurance no Allwood Road trees will be removed, a lighted crosswalk at Richfield Terrace, a left-turn signal at the Styretowne Dollar Tree, and thanked the city for moving Fire Lt. John Van Dorn's memorial stone.

Traffic safety veteran demanded the county return to Clifton to explain the summary plan, questioned whether the project is fully funded, and asked the council to send a letter to the county.
