Richfield permit parking

Requested permit parking in Richfield and opposed the one-way streets.

Cited the municipal code section authorizing permit parking and asked why a 'stakeholder' causing the problem is part of the discussions; also objected to antisemitic rhetoric.

Said Richfield residents aren't behind hostile social-media posts, feel bullied by RLUIPA, and urged the council to grant permit parking and reject one-way streets.

Called the prior speaker's remarks disgusting, asked why Richfield's permit parking request was denied, and said residents have been excluded from city 'conversations' with the mosque.
