Warehouse / data center concerns

A Dunellen resident questioned whether the Environmental Commission's review was considered and pressed the objectors' planner on whether the warehouse could become a data center, asserting proximity to I-287 and electrical infrastructure made the site attractive for one. She grew argumentative and was warned she would be removed before sitting down.

A Brooklyn resident asked the planner whether the warehouse was a pathway to a data center. The planner responded the applicant is not seeking data center approval and the site is likely too small for one.
