Got Your Six Dispensary

Description

The dispensary wants to reopen the drive-thru at the former bank building in the Princeton Marketplace plaza for mobile-order pickup only, plus a variance for a freestanding sign closer to Route 27 than zoning allows.

Impact summary

Expect modest traffic — a handful of pre-order pickups at a time with room for six queued cars — plus new directional signage, striping, and landscaping around the drive aisle.

Franklin Township Planning Board Meeting - Oct 21, 2026

The dispensary already operates in a former bank building in the Princeton Marketplace plaza; the approval lets it reactivate the old drive-through as a pre-order pickup window and add a second freestanding monument sign.
