Catalpa Park Improvements
Summary
The Council awarded an $8.58 million construction contract to Vulcan Construction Group and introduced a $1.38 million Open Space Trust Fund appropriation for the park rebuild. To keep the contract within budget, they cut the bocce area with shade structures and a decorative brick column. Expect construction soon at one of Franklin's flagship parks.
