Illegal dumping, speeding, and possible illegal room rentals

Pete Perez of 39th Street reported ongoing trash dumping on Chestnut Street between 36th and 43rd Streets, asked for a camera to catch dumpers, flagged clothes being left at the corner trash can, speeding cars with no sidewalks, weekend dirt-bike/ATV riding, 39th Street parking congestion, and a house with constant tenant turnover and suspected room rentals. He thanked police and public works for their responsiveness.
